Carlisle United has been linked with a move for Kingston-born Barnet defender Ryan Galvin.
Reports have said the Blues are in talks with the left-sided player, who has just been recalled from a loan spell at the Cumbrians' National League promotion rivals Rochdale.
Galvin had been with Rochdale on a two-month loan deal from late November, but that has now been cut short.
The 24-year-old made five appearances for the Lancashire outfit, having previously played 14 times for Barnet from the start of the League Two campaign.
The link, first reported by Pete O'Rourke, appears to confirm that Carlisle is keen to bolster their left-sided defensive options for their promotion push.
According to News and Star, Galvin came through the ranks at Wigan Athletic before a spell with Sheffield Wednesday, during which he had loan stints with Gloucester City and Maidstone United.
He then moved to FC Halifax Town and spent two seasons with the Shaymen, before returning home to London to join Barnet after the Bees' National League title win last season.
