Great British Bake Off fans are in for a treat tonight as former finalist Crystelle Pereira heads to Kingston's Waterstones for the launch of her brand new recipe book.

Raised in north London, Crystelle stole the heart of the nation on GBBO Season 12 as she reached the final three, receiving several Hollywood Handshakes along the way.

Her appearance on the hit show made Vanity Fair's list of Best Performances of 2021, and she has gone on to cook on acclaimed TV shows such as Good Morning America, The Today Show, Channel 4's Sunday Brunch and ITV's Lorraine.

Tonight will see the talented baker and chef discuss her new book, Flavour Kitchen: Vibrant Recipes with Creative Twists, with renowned UK baker and chef Matt Adlard.

The evening will begin at 6.30pm with those interested able to purchase their tickets here. Options for a combined book and ticket are also available.

Crystelle's highly anticipated Flavour Kitchen is divided into two parts - savoury and sweet - with flavour packed recipes for every occasion. The book includes a handy guide to Crystelle's hero ingredients and favourite flavours – all of which feature in more than one recipe – to give readers added confidence when upgrading their store cupboard and boosting their flavours.
