Burger King could return to Kingston.

The fast-food chain closed its Clarence Street branch and was replaced by restaurant chain LEON in December 2021.

Since its closure, locals have frequently expressed their desire for Burger King to return to the borough, telling Nub News that they hope it will replace businesses that have closed across Kingston in recent years.

Well now their wishes have been granted, as Burger King announced earlier this week that it could return to Kingston, though an exact location has not yet been revealed.

Happy April Fools from everyone at Kingston Nub News, as great as this news would be, sadly this story is not true.
