The Bentall Centre is supporting local charity Voices of Hope's food insecurity and budget meal project this Christmas.
BRITE Box project sends recipe kits with all the ingredients and an illustrated recipe guide to families to cook a healthy meal on a budget.
The BRITE Box team will be in Bentall's on Saturdays 9 and 16 December 11am-4pm.
Please come and say hello and find out more about how BRITE Box recipe meal kits are helping local children and their families to enjoy discovering new recipes, foods and flavours while building skills and confidence in the kitchen!
Join the team on the second floor for FREE children's workshops making Christmas tree decorations and choose some BRITE Box recipes to take away.
The BRITE Box recipe books and lovely BRITE Box spoons could make a great Christmas gift to encourage children to have fun in the kitchen!
As more families are struggling with the cost of living Voices of Hope is working to provide more BRITE Box recipe meal kits in our local area.
If you would like to learn more, volunteer with Voices of Hope in Kingston or at its new Richmond Hub (Jan 2024) or would like to support the charity in any way please see the website https://www.voh.org.uk/brite-box/
