APPEAL: Kingston Police appeal to locals about missing 18-year-old

Kingston Police have today appealed to the public to help with the search of a missing 18-year-old man.

Leo was last seen on the evening of Friday, 8 November.

His hair is no longer in braids.

If seen, call the police on 101 or message @MetCC quoting CAD 7021/11NOV.
