A new riverside pizza-place in Kingston is now serving posh breakfast food including wood-fired eggs in a bid to become the town's 'brunch hotspot.'

Eco restaurant's new menu, which officially launched on Saturday, includes brunch favourites Eggs Benedict, Frittatas, and Full Englishes.

Vegan and vegetarian options are also available, while eggs will be cooked with the new restaurant's giant wood-fired ovens.

The new restaurant at Charter Quay opened last month and usually caters for lunchtime and evening diners.

Its menu is based around Italian staples with an Anglo-Egyptian twist including the sourdough pizzas which use a dough recipe from the Beni Suef-born founder's grandfather.

A spokesperson for the restaurant said they were "thrilled" to be launching the brunch menu which will also be rolled out to its Clapham franchise.
