Run & Rave is coming to Kingston on Friday 13 December.

The Kingston Run & Rave is a 5k run along the river with members from Run & Rave blasting "high energy rave tunes" from their portable speakers.

The meeting point is at the Boaters Inn and runners are expected to meet between 7pm - 7.15pm for a 7.30pm start.

The run is expected to finish at 8.05pm, so runners will have 45 minutes to run.

Run & Rave advise that runners wear appropriate footwear and bring an optional head torch as it will be dark.

They will be handing out glow sticks to bring some colour to the run.

There'll also be a post-run social until 9pm where Run & Rave will have music playing and a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available at the Boaters Inn.
