Access Self Storage's Kingston store, which is located behind Norbiton Station, serves Kingston, Surbiton, New Malden and Norbiton.
It offers a variety of facilities, including business, pallet, domestic, and student storage aswell as office space for local businesses to work in at reasonable rates and parking spaces.
In an exclusive interview with Nub News, Access Self Storage Kingston's Store Manager Marvin Mowtt said: "I've been around other and gone into other facilities and I've noticed that our customer service is top notch.
"We cater to customers, making sure security is ok, and when we come in, we check the CCTV to make sure nothing's broken into.
"Everyday when I come in, I'll check the daily paperwork and look at our numbers. We try to keep our numbers lower than the competition and if you look around, our numbers are pretty much lower than any competition locally."
Speaking about what customers should look for when choosing a storage unit, Marvin said: "They should definitely look at price and security, especially in this area, and we have the lowest prices in the area.
"Our customers say our service is top notch, so that really helps the way we cater to them."
Marvin says that security is a top priority at Access Self Storage Kingston.
The store has an app in which staff and customers can sign into and it has a security code which changes every day.

Marvin said: "All of our units are alarmed, so they answer the code and it disarms the specific unit and when customers are leaving, they put their code back in and alarm their unit. We also have CTTV around the building and our security walks around the building daily."
The Access app also shares all of the store's promotions and customers can pay their bills using it.
"Everything you need to know about your account is on there," Marvin said.
Access Self Storage Kingston has been rated 4.9 by 379 customers on Google.
Speaking about customer satisfaction, Marvin said: "We're all about making a customer feel comfortable, so they're willing to come back. If they have any queries or questions or problems, we try to tend to that as quickly as possible."
The store also has full storage space for students.
Knowing the money troubles that may come with being a student, Marvin said: "For student storage, we know how it is to be a student - they'll have disposable money - so we try to offer them the best rates. We're actually working with a local college now and giving them student aid at a lower price."

Access Self Storage Kingston offers flexible contracts to customers.
Marvin said: "If you sign up for a month and you're only here for two weeks, you will only have to pay for those two weeks and then you get a refund for the rest of the month.
"We do have long term contracts, which are six and 12 months, which you would have to stay in, but other than that, it's a rolling contract. Our contracts are month to month."
The store frequently offers deals and promotions, but Marvin says these fluctuate depending on the store's competition.
Currently, it is offering 20 per cent off to customers who stay for six months and 30 per cent to customers who sign a 12 month contract.
Access Self Storage Kingston also offers lots of parking spots, and Marvin says that he is hoping to create more space so that people at Kingston Hospital can use it at a "decent" price.
Having recently started at the Kingston store after previously working at the Ealing store, he said: "Coming from a store that didn't have parking is something I'm trying to grasp."
