More walk-in Covid jabs on offer in Kingston this week as push to get UK vaccinated continues

More walk-in Covid vaccination centres will be running in Kingston upon Thames this week.

Residents can get their Covid-19 jab at venues in Kingston town centre and Chessington from today, according to the South-West London Clinical Commissioning group

This comes as the UK government continues its push to get the population vaccinated against the virus, including an expected roll-out to 16 and 17-year-olds in the coming weeks.

Here is the full list of walk-in Covid vaccination centres in Kingston upon Thames this week, along with opening hours, the type of vaccine given and eligibility requirements.

Hawks Road Health Clinic, Kingston-upon-Thames

- Location: Hawks Road, Kingston upon Thames KT1 3EW

- Opening hours: 8am to 6.30pm, every day until Sunday 8 August 2021

- Vaccine type: Oxford-AZ vaccine

- Eligibility: 18s and over, first or second doses. Second doses will only be offered if it is at least eight weeks since the first dose.

- You need to bring: proof of age – like a driving license or passport, and your 1st vaccination card or NHS app

Ace Pharmacy, Kingston-upon-Thames

- Location: 1-3 Ace Parade, Hook Rd, Chessington KT9 1DR

- Opening hours: 8am to 6.30pm, Wednesday 04 and Friday 06 August 2021

- Vaccine type: Oxford-AZ vaccine

- Eligibility: 18s and over, first or second doses. Second doses will only be offered if it is at least eight weeks since the first dose.

- You need to bring: proof of age – like a driving license or passport, and your 1st vaccination card or NHS app

Boots, Union Street, Kingston-upon-Thames

- Location: 142 Union St, Kingston upon Thames KT1 1RP

- Opening hours: 8.45am to 5.10pm, Monday 2 August to Saturday 7 August 2021

- Eligibility: 18s and over, first or second doses. Second doses will only be offered if it is at least eight weeks since the first dose.

- You need to bring: proof of age – like a driving license or passport, and your 1st vaccination card or NHS app
