Comedian and TV presenter Michael McIntyre will be visiting Kingston Waterstones next week to sign copies of his new autobiography, 'A Funny Life.'

The celebrity, who has his own show on the BBC and also presents gameshow The Wheel, will be appearing at the Waterstones Bentalls store on Thursday 4 November.

McIntyre fans can secure their chance to meet him by purchasing £20 tickets which cover the cost of his new book and also secures a place in the signing queue.

The comedian, who was named the highest-earning stand-up in the world in 2012, has penned 'A Funny Life' as a follow-up to his 2010 memoir 'Life and Laughing: My Story.'

In the new book he recounts his path to becoming the nation's most popular comedian and the missteps, mishaps and misadventures that he experienced along the way.

McIntyre's memoir is described as "typically hilarious" and shares the highs and the lows of his rise to the top including both his disastrous panel show appearances and the hit TV shows that brought him fame and fortune.
