Full-Time Permanent Starting Salary: £33,000 Rising to £35,000 after 6-month probation Shifts: Monday to Friday 05 00 / 11 00 (rotating) Overtime Available

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Operations Coordinator to join our clients dynamic operations team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, from managing driver schedules to liaising with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day transport operations efficiently

• Plan and optimise delivery routes

• Manage and communicate with drivers

• Act as a key point of contact for client queries

What We're Looking For

• Experience in fleet management and route planning

• Strong client-facing communication skills

• Basic IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling systems)

• Professional telephone manner

• Confident in driver management

• A Full UK Driving Licence is essential

• A can-do attitude with great organisational skills
