Adept Field Solutions is seeking a Graduate Project Coordinator to join our dynamic and growing team in Kingston upon Thames. Key Responsibilities:

As a Market Research Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects. Your duties will include:

• Collaborating closely with the project management team to ensure seamless and timely project delivery within budget constraints.

• Handling essential project logistics, including venue bookings, resource allocation, materials preparation, and managing online surveys and data collection platforms.

• Running targeted recruitment campaigns to source the right respondents, managing the respondent sample, and coordinating qualitative interviews with healthcare professionals and patients.

• Acting as a key point of contact for client communication, preparing project updates, and ensuring high-quality deliverables, such as proofreading interview transcripts and reports.

• Managing the processing of respondent incentives and assisting in preparing cost estimates and quotes for new business opportunities.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

• Ensuring compliance with Data Protection regulations and adhering to BHBIA guidelines throughout the research process

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for an ambitious and organised individual who is eager to learn and develop their skills. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

• Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and confident approach to client interaction.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

• Comfortable with numbers, including budgeting, currency conversion, and basic financial calculations.

• A degree-level education, ideally with some exposure to qualitative market research or a related field such as psychology, business, or social sciences.

• Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with survey software or data analysis tools is an advantage.

• A second European language is a plus but not essential.
