Maintenance Support Supervisor SurreyMonday - FridaySalary up to £33,000 We are working with a dynamic and innovative coffee company who are dedicated to providing exceptional coffee experiences. As they continue to expand, they're seeking a dedicated Maintenance Support Supervisor to join their team and ensure the seamless functioning of their equipment and processes. Position Overview:As the Maintenance SUpport Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and safety of their coffee production operations. You'll be responsible for supporting and coordinating maintenance schedules, orders and implementing quality control measures. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimising production processes, minimising downtime, and upholding our commitment to delivering premium-quality coffee products. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and organise a team of technicians responsible for the maintenance and repair of coffee processing equipment, including roasters, grinders, and machinery.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and minimize production downtime.
  • Coordinate with production and quality assurance teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Receive and resolve customer requests, ensuring compliance with SLAs and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide prompt resolutions to customer calls, coordinating support as needed
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a technical operations or maintenance role within the food or beverage industry, preferably with experience in coffee processing.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to equipment troubleshooting and repair.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment reliability principles.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for working with industrial equipment.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to liaise with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
