My client is a well-established and reputable law firm, currently on the lookout for a highly experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their team in South West London. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Conduct comprehensive consultations with private clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored legal advice in areas such as wills, trusts, and estate planning.
• Drafting and Review: Prepare and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other relevant instruments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
• Estate Administration: Oversee the administration of estates, guiding clients through the probate process and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Tax Planning: Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies related to their estates, including inheritance tax planning and wealth preservation.
• Business Development: Actively participate in business development initiatives, building and maintaining strong client relationships to enhance the firm's private client practice.
• Supervision and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior solicitors and support staff within the private client department.

• Qualified Solicitor with 6 years of post-qualification experience in private client law.
• Strong expertise in wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
• Proven track record of handling complex private client matters and achieving successful outcomes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably STEP qualified.
