Location: Chessington Surrey - must have easy access to Chessington as it will be 2 days per week from the officeSalary: Up to £27,500 per annum12 month Fixed term contract Responsibilities: As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be a crucial resource within the Talent Acquisition Team, responsible for: Serving as the primary point of contact for all recruitment-related inquiries during the transition to a new operating model and HR platform (Workday). Delivering high-quality and consistent end-to-end recruitment support for team members and candidates. Ensuring effective adherence to systems and processes throughout the recruitment lifecycle. To excel in this role, you must have:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical aptitude with expertise in HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- A credible and professional manner with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential data.
- A good understanding of GDPR.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
