Our client is embarking on an exciting new chapter and is seeking a Junior HR Administrator to join the HR Shared Services department. As part of their HR Transformation project, our client require additional resource to support their HR Admin team. Location: Chessington Surrey (2/3 days in office) Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum 12 month Fixed term contract Responsibilities: As a Junior HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department across all functions including but not limited to their HRSS, Payroll and Talent Acquisition following the successful implementation of their new global system (Workday). You will assist in various administrative tasks, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to the overall success of the HR team. To excel in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role with hands-on experience using Workday is desirable. Experience in a shared service environment is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks, and effectively manage time while maintaining a high level of customer service to team members across all levels of the company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate complex information to employees at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
