We are looking to recruit a proactive, organised, and reliable individual for a 5 month Fixed Term Contract who will play a key role in delivering a professional HR service to the wider business. This will be a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a role within HR, which will involve the responsibility of working to the highest standards to ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements for HR Administration and Compliance are always met. We have moved to a hybrid working model with a recommended 2 days in the office per week for appropriate Head Office and Regional roles, empowering our teams to choose how and where they work best. We feel it is important that, where possible, we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible and trust our teams to determine the right environments that work most effectively for them.

As part of your application, you will be asked to complete two online exercises taking approximately 10 minutes, designed to provide us with a more in-depth understanding of you and your potential as a member of our team. What you'll do

  • Process high volume of expense claims working to strict deadlines.
  • Log all correspondence received into the HR Services team.
  • Maintain employee personal information in our centralised HR system
  • Process and respond to reference requests.
  • Provide support to regional HR teams for all admin related topics
  • Provide support with general administration duties as required
  • What you'll need

  • A self-motivated and proactive individual with a can-do attitude
  • Significant administration experience desirable
  • Ability to work under pressure and able to work to critical deadlines
  • Able to prioritise own workload and support the team objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Intermediate level of MS Office, Excel, and Word
  • Awareness of HR processes and GDPR statutory guidance desired but not essential
