We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Stairlift Engineer to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Install and commission stairlifts, ensuring they are fully operational and meet safety standards.
  • Carry out routine maintenance and servicing of stairlifts to ensure continued reliability and compliance with regulations.
  • Diagnose and repair faults efficiently, providing technical solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments on-site.
  • Provide professional and friendly support to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work carried out using company systems.
  • Ensure all tools, equipment, and vehicles are maintained in good working order.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Stairlift Engineer or in a similar role.
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Stairlift Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Willingness to travel
