Behaviour Mentor Kingston upon Thames

Salary: £85 £110 per day (dependent on experience) Contract: Full-time Long-term

We are seeking a proactive Behaviour Mentor to support students in a special school in Kingston upon Thames. You will work closely with pupils to encourage positive learning behaviours and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils with behavioural and emotional challenges.

  • Work 1:1 or in small groups to deliver targeted interventions.

  • Promote social skills, resilience, and self-confidence.

  • Collaborate with staff and parents to track progress.

Requirements:

  • Previous behaviour support or SEMH experience preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

  • Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
