Leading Tier 1 Commercial Office Fit Out Contractor - Major Projects Division

Major Project secured (circa 50m+) due to start on site in Q1 2025. Project is located on the SW London/Surrey borders.

The Role

An opportunity has come up for an experienced Technical Services Manager to join the team in preparation for a Major Project which will start on site in Q1 2025.

You'll be wokring n conjunction with the rest of the Services team, offering input at design stage, managing the installation and delivery through commissioning and handover.

Previous experience working on Major Projects, ideally those of a commercial office fit out nature will be essential - so that you are famialir with the sequencing of works and the supply chain etc.

Salary in the range of 80,000 - 100,000 + Bonuses
