MMP Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Plumber to join a Social Housing contractor based covering KT postcodes on a temporary ongoing basis paying 21.40 per hour CIS with a van and fuel card supplied. The successful Plumber will be required too:

• Complete plumbing repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties as well as associated works
• Be customer focused
• Have a plumbing qualification
• Have social housing experience

The Plumber Pay Rate:

• 21.40ph (CIS or umbrella rate)

Hours:

• 42.5 hours per week (Mon to Fri)

The Plumber will be supplied with:

• A van
• Fuel card
• PDA System

Requirements - Hold a relevant trade quals e.g NVQ or City & Guilds - Social Housing experience (Desirable) - Full UK drivers license
