Finishing Manager/ Assistant Site Manager

My client are looking for an experienced finishing manager to help deliver the final stages of a new build residential development.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail as well as be able to produce comprehensive snag sheets and manage the subcontractor's well to enable the works are completed in good time and to the right standard.

Experience in working for a higher spec residential developer is key for this role to help deliver a high quality finish on each plot.

SMSTS First aid and CSCS as well as the correct experience are all essential for this position.
