Caretaker Location - Kingston Upon Thames Monday to Friday Hours- full time- 35 hours per week Salary 12-14ph depending on experience. Temp (6 months approx.)An established Leading facilities maintenance company are looking for a Handyperson/ Caretaker to work within their location in Kingston focusing on mould and condensation. Main Responsibilities for the role include:

• Supporting the team with Minor PPM / Reactive tasks
• Ensuring H&S is always being adhered to
• Organisation of supplies/maintaining storage
• Fabric repairs such as painting walls/ covering imperfections.
• Checking for mould and condensation
• Moving furniture / building flatpacks when required
• Ensuring urgent jobs are responded to as quickly as possible.
• Litter picking
• Fire Alarm checking
• Making sure records and systems are updated with photo evidence.
