O'Neill and Brennan are working with a well known residential contractor, assisting them with the recruitment of an Assistant Site Manager for one of their new developments in South-West London. The project is a 400 unit scheme consisting of rc frame apartments. The site is the largest phase as part of a wider development.

As Assistant Site Manager you will be working alongside the internal team, reporting into a Senior Site Manager, managing circa 40/50 units from 1st fix to completion.

Candidates must have experience running internal packages on high-rise apartment schemes previously
