Description

  • Part time 3 days in the office 9.30am - 5.30pm
  • Process and manage payroll for employees, freelancers, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
  • Liaise with clients to clarify payroll and financial queries.
  • Collaborate with the finance team on payroll reconciliations and reporting.
  • Prepare payroll summaries and support audits when required.
  • Handle pension contributions, statutory payments, and tax code updates.
  • Be competent with cloud-based payroll and accounting software to ensure efficient and secure data handling.

Profile

A successful candidate will have a strong background in payroll and accountancy, with proven experience managing payroll processes in compliance with UK regulations. They will be confident using cloud-based payroll and accounting software, possess excellent attention to detail, and demonstrate strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate is organised, discreet, and capable of handling sensitive financial data with professionalism and accuracy.
