Job Title: Commodities Business Analyst

Location: Kingston Upon Thames

Salary range: 55k- 75k

Working style: Hybrid

We are partnered with an International Commodities company who are looking for a Commodities Business Analyst to join their Kingston team. In this role you will work with the global Transformation Team to assist with the deployment of products across various countries, providing in-depth commodity and business analysis, ensuring successful implementation and continuous.

You will:

• Collaborate with the global Transformation Team to assess and report on the deployment of products and projects in different businesses and origin countries.
• Develop cross commodity business insight to be able to support the optimisation/ development of business processes and highlight future transformation changes with an opportunity to develop further.
• Conduct thorough analyses of current business practices and work flows within various commodity-focused operations.
• Make recommendations, proposal of standardisation and prioritisation methodologies for the Business teams within an agile project structure.
• Record and analyse existing ways of working to inform implementation strategies and post-implementation reviews.
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
• Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and implementation plans.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst within a project-based role, ideally in a commodities or supply chain environment.
• A degree in business management or a related field, or equivalent experience and knowledge of Business Analysis practices within a multi-entity global company.
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• Proactive mindset with excellent communication, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong attention to detail
