Train Garden is a green skills platform that helps local people gain practical experience for free and progress directly into paid work in the sustainability sector.

Through our collaborations with local organisations in the community and voluntary sector, our programme will help you:

• gain hands-on experience locally

• fill real skills gaps in your CV

• Get matched with hiring companies and gain paid employment in the sustainability sector

We are currently working in partnership with a leading green space management company based in Kingston-upon-Thames, hiring for full-time roles in landscaping, grounds maintenance, and operations. For these roles, we are most interested in candidates with full UK driving licences. However, we can help all people keen to gain new skills and work experience to kick off their environmental career.
