Cheeky Fest

My name is Rupert Cheek, and music is my first language. As a child, I struggled to speak, and speech therapy didn't help me. Everything changed when I discovered music therapy. Music gave me a voice, a way to communicate and express myself. Years later, after surviving a life-altering accident, I realized it was my turn to give back.

Cheeky Fest isn't just an event; it's a movement to harness the transformative power of the arts to help those experiencing mental & social health challenges such as anxiety, bipolar, depression or PTSD, or under/un-employment/dependance on benefits.

Join us on Thurs 29th August, at the Ram Jam in Kingston Upon Thames, for the inaugural Cheeky Fest.

Dead Blood Cells (Kent) - Industrial/Dark wave band.

Teddy James (Oxford/Somerset) - singer-songwriter; jazz, ballads & rock 'n' roll.

Paradise Taxi (London) - indie-rock-pop band; punchy alt-rock riffs & funky hooks.

Adam Wedd (SW London) - human singer, songwriter, producer with an MA in Songwriting.

Conor Morrisey - Australian singer-songwriter & pianist - beautiful melodies infused with drama.

Tickets are £10; all money will be donated to Nordoff & Robbins music therapy charity. Your donation will help provide music therapy sessions, train therapists, and acquire essential musical instruments.
