Signal Park, a shared ownership housing development based in Tolworth, is opening its doors to the public for an exclusive viewing of its remaining 9 one bedroom apartments at its 'Walk the Plot' event.  

The event will be held on Saturday 8th March between 9am-5pm, with visitors given the opportunity to explore the apartment plots and use QR codes to view photography of what the finished apartment could look like, helping them to truly imagine themselves living there. Sweet treats will also be available for visitors to enjoy, and the Guinness Homes' team on hand to answer questions about the apartments, shared ownership or life at the development. 

Shared ownership is an alternative route to owning a home that is typically more affordable than buying a home on the open market. This is because buyers purchase a share of the home, typically between 25% and 75%, and pay a mortgage only on the shares they have purchased, while paying reduced rent on the remainder and a monthly service charge. Homeowners also have the opportunity to purchase additional shares, up to 100%, through an option known as 'staircasing.'
