Experience the spectacular colour and energy of Spring
Join us for a unique, outdoor day retreat that blends yoga, mindfulness, embodied connection with nature and creative expression through guided outdoor painting.
Start your day with gentle movement to energise and invigorate. Enjoy a grounding yoga practice designed to awaken body and mind, led by award winning yoga therapist and Be Happy Yoga studio founder, Lesley Muir. Yoga class is suitable for all levels.
Slow down with Forest Bathing led by Nigel Grimes, founder of Connect with the Forest. Experience a mindful, sensory walk in National Trust ancient woodland, enhanced with breathwork. Calm your nervous system, destress and reconnect with nature.
After lunch, move into Guided Floral Painting, led by internationally renowned artist and teacher, Irina Taneva. Learn to observe and express nature's beauty with a step-by-step, beginner friendly outdoor painting class. Materials are provided.
No prior experience in Yoga, Meditation or Painting required – just bring your energy, curiosity and a willingness to discover!
