Once upon a Christmastime, something stirred beneath Kingston Bridge…
A lonely troll makes his home in the river, guarding his island with growls and grudges from the kings, traders and townsfolk who attempt to cross his territory. But as he tries to stop the flow of traffic over the river and his bridge, the troll begins to discover that Christmas has a strange habit of softening even the hardest hearts, and that maybe he doesn't need to be lonely after all.
Set against a backdrop of local history, humour and music, The Christmas Troll is a warm, magical storytelling show about loneliness, generosity and the small acts that can change everything—especially at Christmas.
FUSEBOX houses the 12th century, Saxon remains of the original Kingston Bridge. Creative Youth and Story Storks are proud to be the guardians of this part of Kingston's history, and the legends that surround the place we call home.
