Speed Dating 26-44 (+/- 2 years)

Join us for Speed Dating, followed by breaking out into groups for discussion and matchmaking (post-event)

6.30pm - Check-in and settle down

7pm - Speed Dating commences

8pm - Break out into small groups for discussion on a given topic

8.20pm - Mingling

9pm - Ciao Ciao but you are welcome to stay at the venue

Not to worry if you can't get phone number of the person you fancy during the event, ticket includes match-making; email us after the event with the name of the person you liked and if the interest is mutual then we will facilitate exchange of contact details.

Please arrive at 6.30pm so that you can settle down.

What if I don't have a friend to accompany me? In previous events, the shy folks have found coming early beneficial. Almost everybody comes alone. The host ensures that nobody feels left out.

What if nobody talks to me? Well, they'll have to because the format requires everybody to chat.

What if ...? Stop talking yourself out of it. Get up and show up. See feedback on our website, people were glad they got out of the house and got to talk to real people.

Dress to impress - Smart.

Example- Men look good in blazer with Jeans/Chino and Ladies don't usually need advice, they dress well by default ;)

Our story

We started our own Singles events after visiting poorly organised dating events. The gaps we identified were as follows

(a) A format such as Speed Dating was vital to ensure everybody spoke to everybody

(b) No loud background music to ensure people could have meaningful conversations without losing their voice

(c) Matchmaking was paramount as people were often too shy to exchange phone numbers on the spot

Our events went well, the feedback was positive and here we are doing more of them. Please feel free to make new suggestions.
