Shine Bright Uk supports better Mental Health and Wellbeing by providing activities for better self care for better quality of life. We provide programmes in different venues around the borough of Kingston upon Thames. We have an annual event to mark world mental health day (officially Oct 11th) to celebrate community talent and performances by our members who have attended courses including drumming, Zumba, singing and an art display.
