STRONG Pilates to open new studio in Kingston

The Australian-born fitness concept STRONG Pilates, which is currently growing rapidly across Canada, is officially opening its newest location in Kingston on 2 May.
Located in 259 Princess Street, the new studio is designed to meet the next generation of wellness needs, offering a smarter approach to movement that supports both mental and physical resilience.
STRONG Pilates aims to help "lead the shift toward more efficient, results-driven workouts that prioritize longevity over burnout".
Its signature format "combines low-impact Pilates with high-intensity cardio and strength training, delivering a full-body workout within an elevated boutique studio experience".
