Key responsibilities include:

• Litter picking and bin emptying around the whole of The Lensbury site
• Ensure all entrances, exits, and fire escapes are accessible and clear of leaves, grass, moss, etc
• Ensure all hard surface, patios, pathways, carpark gullies are correctly maintained, weeded and moss free and all external areas are kept clean, tidy, and always well presented
• Undertake leaf blowing, clearance of all carparks, pathways etc.

Part-time Bookkeeper - Milverton Nursing Home

Milverton Nursing Home in Surbiton is hiring a Bookkeeper to work part-time and is paying £20 per hour.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Manage resident accounts, including invoicing private residents, Local Authorities (LA), and CCGs on a monthly basis
