Bring your teddy bear for a fun-filled family day at Hampton Kempton Waterworks Railway! Enjoy steam train rides behind Darent, the bears' favourite locomotive; meet the author of Bears Have Fun; see the bears' picnic; enjoy FREE miniature railway rides, a woodland trail, picnic area, refreshments, souvenir shop and FREE parking.

Sustainable Printmaking – Summer of Culture 2026

Explore sustainable printmaking techniques using recycled Tetra Pak materials in this practical hands-on workshop. Participants will create their own print designs before using a shared tabletop printing press to produce a series of bespoke printed cards and envelopes. The workshop focuses on creative experimentation and accessible printmaking processes, with demonstrations and one-to-one guidance provided throughout the session to support participants at every stage. To help make the most of the workshop, participants are encouraged to arrive with a few simple ideas or reference images to develop through print.
