There are a few roadworks happening in Kingston this week.

Roadworks on Fife Road are starting today, 2 October, but there'll be no carriageway incursion.

There's also some work being carried out by Thames Water on Wood Street.

Such work includes a 24-hour lane closure 100 Yards from junction of Dolphin Street.

The footpath has been closed but a pedestrian walkway has been provided.

The council's website says that the work should be finished tomorrow, 3 October.

Moreover, work is about to start on Kingsgate Road, but there will be no carriageway incursion.

Finally, the 24-hour lane closure on St James Road is set to end on Friday, 4 October.

Since 2 September, the footway has been closed but an alternative route for pedestrians has been provided.
