In July 2024, Jon Watts made an application to Kingston Council to replace the M&Co. signs with signs for the gym group which will be taking over the M&Co. venue on Victoria Road in Surbiton.

The application has asked for a display of two non-illuminated fascia signs, two internally illuminated fascia signs , five internally illuminated hanging signs and two vinyl signs.

One of the proposed signs would spread across 500mm of the 750mm radius at the front of the site.

It is the lowest cost nationwide 24/7 gym with high spec kit and free classes for members.

The council is yet to make their decision regarding the proposal and has until 03 October 2024 to decide.

The latest Neighbour Consultation occured yesterday, Thursday 15 August.
