Data reveals Kingston's most and least expensive streets over past five years

Gathering five years' worth of sold house price data across Kingston's postcodes, Property Solvers has found that Liverpool Road, Albany Park Road and Upper Park Road have some of the highest-valued homes across the region.
It found that some of the cheapest residential streets in Kingston Upon Thames include Witts House, Offers Court and Hamond Court.
Professional fast sales company Property Solvers tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2020 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across Kingston's postcodes.
On Liverpool Road (KT2), three properties sold for an average of £2,873,333, whereas on Albany Park Road (KT2), 4 properties sold for an average of £2,725,875, and on Upper Park Road (KT2) saw 3 properties sell for an average of £2,366,066.

Some of the cheapest streets include Witts House (KT1) (where four properties sold for an average of £240,312), Offers Court (KT1) (where four properties sold for an average of £253,750) and Hamond Court (KT2) (where five properties sold for an average of £266,000).

Commenting on the data, Property Solver's co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: "To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.
"It's therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Liverpool Road (KT2) sold for £4,000,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £142,500 and under on Hamond Court (KT2), Hamond Court (KT2) and Haylett Gardens (KT2)."
