The Kingston Property and Construction Club hosted a boat party yesterday, 28 September, in collaboration with MAA Architects.

Aboard the historic Yarmouth Belle, professionals from the Property and Construction Sector enjoyed an evening networking and celebrating on the river.

Sarah Chapman, Founder of The Kingston Property and Construction Club, said: "This event reflects our commitment to fostering connections within the Property and Construction Sector while celebrating a fantastic year of running more localised networking events, winning new business, and our collective success."

The event was organised by Ms Chapman (of Chapman Consulting) and Matt Allchurch (of MAA Architects and head of Teddington RNLI). The pair gave a little speech on deck and encouraged guests to make the most of the evening.

Attendees had the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals in the Property and Construction Sector. Seasoned professionals, emerging talent and business owners alike could chat over drinks and trade industry ideas and knowledge.

Ms Chapman added: "I think the most amazing thing for me is that people came from all over London - to our little patch. From Faversham in Kent, and from East London, Dartford and St Albans!"

The Kingston Property and Construction Club is a dynamic networking organisation dedicated to bringing together professionals in the Property and Construction Sector, with a focus on creating opportunities for collaboration and growth.

The club hosts events and initiatives designed to connect industry leaders, emerging talents, and business owners.

The next club networking event is its monthly breakfast on 26 October, including special guest and local architect Stuart McLarty speaking on his work at the Warner Brother Studios.
