Logistics Coordinator - Imports & ExportsLocation: Kingston-upon-ThamesSalary: DOE + Performance Related Bonus + Full Benefits PackageHours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:00 (40 hours), plus weekend rota cover as requiredAre you experienced in import/export logistics with a strong understanding of customs compliance?Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, organisation, and problem solving are key?The RoleWe're looking for a proactive Logistics Coordinator to join a leading fresh produce business, supporting day-to-day operations across international supply chains. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth product movement by managing import declarations, maintaining customs compliance, and liaising with HMRC and logistics partners.This role is critical in making sure products arrive on time, duties and declarations are handled correctly, and compliance standards are always met.Key Responsibilities Complete import declarations using customs software Maintain compliance across all import/export activity Liaise with HMRC and support audits to ensure successful outcomes Track air, sea, and overland shipments through clearance and onward transport Arrange haulage, collections, couriers, and all supporting documentation Resolve transit-related issues quickly and effectivelyWhat We're Looking For At least 2 years' experience in a logistics, import/export, or supply chain role Strong knowledge of customs processes (experience with customs software is a plus) Organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities IT literate with good Excel skills A team player who can also work independently and proactivelyThe Package Salary DOE Performance-related annual bonus 25 days holiday + bank holidays Pension scheme (employer and employee contributions)What's NextIf this sounds like a role you'd like to know more about then click below to apply or you can reach out to me directly at (url removed)
