Personal Lines Insurance Clerk

£22,250 - £27,250 (OTE £50,000 per annum)

Our client is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join their team in Chessington. You will handle inbound Motor and Home Insurance enquiries, understand customers' needs, identify suitable cover and maximise sales opportunities while delivering excellent customer service and working within FCA requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers seeking Motor and Home Insurance.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate additional cover.
• Maximise sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Work in line with FCA regulations and company procedures.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
• Liaise with insurance providers when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months' insurance experience.
• CII qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
• Friendly, confident and sales-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ambitious, self-motivated and target-driven.
