Multiskilled Maintenance TechnicianCarbon60 is looking to recruit a Multi-skilled Maintenance Technician-electrical bias to work for a leading Specialised Industrial Service Provider based in KT6.ROLE: Multi-skilled Maintenance Technician-electrical biasPAY RATE: 25.00 UmbrellaJOB TYPE: Fixed term contractLOCATION: London, (KT6) HOURS: 37.5 hours/ weekTHE ROLE: Main duties & responsibilities:

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
• Perform electrical maintenance, testing, and minor repairs (lighting, sockets, RCD checks).
• Complete PPM tasks like water temperature checks, fire alarm tests, and outlet flushing.
• Handle basic plumbing and fabric repairs (taps, drainage, fixtures, fittings).
• Support compliance activities such as fire door inspections and Legionella control.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records and stock levels using digital maintenance systems.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and keep plant rooms clean and organised.
• Participate in the on-call rota and collaborate effectively with the maintenance team.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance or facilities role.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in electrical or relevant trade.
• Good understanding of electrical and basic mechanical systems.
• Computer literate with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team, managing tasks under pressure.
• Physically fit, with a full UK driving licence and willingness to complete a DBS check.
