Our client is a long established and highly respected main contractor operating in the new build, refurbishment and fit out sectors. Their project portfolio mainly consists of residential, commercial, education and leisure projects.

They're looking to recruit an expereienced Site Manager join their team and work on projects mainly in South & West London and Surrey.

Their ideal candidate will already possess:

• 7+ years site management experience.
• Experience with main contractors.
• Some refurbishment or fit out experience.
• Excellent communication skills and management capabilities.
• Good career stability.
• Relevant industry qualifications.
