Quantity Surveyor - Benefits

Quantity Surveyor - Role Overview
- Support in preparing budget estimates and cost plans
- Assist in producing Schedules of Works and Bills of Quantities
- Help with analysing tender returns and preparing cost estimates
- Assist in contract administration, valuations, and final accounts
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants on residential refurbishment projects
- Work under the guidance of senior surveyors on live project delivery
Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' post-graduate experience within the residential sector
- Track record of delivering success on residential projects
- Experience gained either consultancy-side, contractor-side, or both
- Ambition to achieve MRICS or MCIOB chartered status
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and client-facing skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to mentor and support junior staff in the future
