We are seeking a talented Mobile BMS Engineer to become a part of our engineering team, servicing sites across London and the Home Counties.

We are known for delivering safe, reliable, and top quality electrical BMS and BEMS services across London and the Southern Home Counties and are looking for an engineer that is dependable, professional and committed to high standards.

The Role

As an integral part of our Mobile BMS engineering team, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing BMS (Building Management System) infrastructure upgrades. These upgrades not only enhance building performance but also pave the way for smart-enabled environments. You'll frequently engage in small works projects and liaise with subcontractors daily.

As a Mobile BMS Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, upgrading, and optimizing BMS systems across various client sites. You will play a vital role in enhancing energy efficiency, ensuring system reliability, and spearheading digital transformation for our clients. This Mobile BMS Engineer position is a Monday to Friday days position and will involve travelling to sites within London and the Home Counties.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct both routine and reactive maintenance on our BMS systems.

  • Install, configure, and maintain BMS hardware and software components, including controllers, sensors, and actuators.

  • Draft quotations for BMS modifications or new installations.

  • Identify and suggest opportunities for system improvements or upgrades.

  • Liaise with Subcontractors and lead small works projects

Qualifications & Experience

  • City & Guilds Level 3 in electrical engineering

  • 18th Edition

  • City & Guilds 2391 Test & Inspection

  • AM2

  • ECS Gold Card

  • A minimum of 3 years electrical engineering experience

  • Hands on experience of installing and maintaining BMS and HVAC systems.
