The Role
As an integral part of our Mobile BMS engineering team, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing BMS (Building Management System) infrastructure upgrades. These upgrades not only enhance building performance but also pave the way for smart-enabled environments. You'll frequently engage in small works projects and liaise with subcontractors daily.
As a Mobile BMS Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, upgrading, and optimizing BMS systems across various client sites. You will play a vital role in enhancing energy efficiency, ensuring system reliability, and spearheading digital transformation for our clients. This Mobile BMS Engineer position is a Monday to Friday days position and will involve travelling to sites within London and the Home Counties.
Responsibilities

Conduct both routine and reactive maintenance on our BMS systems.

Install, configure, and maintain BMS hardware and software components, including controllers, sensors, and actuators.

Draft quotations for BMS modifications or new installations.

Identify and suggest opportunities for system improvements or upgrades.

Liaise with Subcontractors and lead small works projects
Qualifications & Experience

City & Guilds Level 3 in electrical engineering

18th Edition
-
City & Guilds 2391 Test & Inspection
-
AM2
-
ECS Gold Card
-
A minimum of 3 years electrical engineering experience

Hands on experience of installing and maintaining BMS and HVAC systems.
