Wellbeing Week is coming to Kingston 8-14th March. Kingston First, the town centre's Business Improvement District, has combined the services of local business to create a programme of stress-busting activities.

Following the significant impact that Covid-19 has had on all of our lives, Kingston First hopes to help alleviate some of the strains Kingston residents have felt physically, mentally and financially over the past year.

Wellbeing week offers an exciting selection of virtual events, workshops and helpful advice. By joining online, residents can support their local businesses through fun activities. These sessions also give you the chance to try out new hobbies while saving money in the process.

During the week, a range of online sessions are available, including yoga, fitness classes, mental health workshops and money management advice - you can also try out pilates for just £5!

If you'd like the chance to improve your physical and mental health, to support local businesses or to just get tips on how to secure your first mortgage, check out Wellbeing Week HERE
